Bodean Seafood Restaurant moved swiftly to fill its executive chef position by announcing the hiring Tuesday of Trevor Tack.Tack previously had been executive chef at SoChey Jazz Caf茅, Main Street Tavern in Broken Arrow and most recently at R Bar & Grill in Brookside.He hasn鈥檛 worked at a fine-dining restaurant since SoChey, which closed in 2009.鈥淚t鈥檚 good to get back to my roots, fine dining,鈥?Tack said. 鈥淚鈥檓 super excited and grateful about it and proud to be a part of things to come at Bodean Seafood.鈥淚 don鈥檛 think you will see any dramatic changes.
