WASHINGTON, Feb. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- USAfrica Airways, which will start direct service among the United states of america and South Africa this June, has named Wesley G. Kaldahl as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Gregory S. Lewis as President and Chief Executive Officer.
