D, was arrested early Monday after Arkadelphia police responded to his residence in reference to a possible domestic disturbance.According to a police report,ghd, a neighbor called 911 because she could hear someone in a nearby apartment crying for help. Officers arrived and went inside to find both McArthur and the victim lying in the bathroom floor.The female told police that McArthur had a gun and threatened to kill her; the altercation apparently began after the two arrived home from The Mirage in Caddo Valley, where McArthur had consumed alcohol.The report does not indicate what prompted McArthur to become aggressive, but does say McArthur was belligerently drunk at the time of the incident.McArthur allegedly pushed the female into the bathroom and pointed a 9 mm handgun at her. The victim reportedly talked McArthur into putting the gun away,burberrycloud, but McArthur allegedly continued to push and slap her.At one point, McArthur took the woman s phone from her and put it in his back pocket, which is where responding officers located it. The victim said McArthur wrapped his arm around her neck and choked her, then he stood up on the bathtub ledge, choking her further. McArthur eventually fell from the bathtub and onto the floor where police found the two.While at the scene, police also seized a shotgun and rifle, neither of which were believed to be used in the disturbance.
