Officers with the Harrington Police Department say they located 18 bags of heroin in a vehicle following a traffic stop May 10,Chanel Outlet, said police spokesman Lt. He was released on a $750 unsecured bond.The unnamed woman was questioned at the scene and was released without being charged,p90x, Brode said.
