Q What is with the expansion of Highway 108 east of Sonora

Carl Froch (31-2) called out Oakland's Andre Ward after outpointing Mikkel Kessler (46-3) in a 12-round,longchamp pas cher, super-middleweight title bout in London. Froch added Kessler's WBA title to his IBF crown. He lost to Kessler three years ago and now seeks revenge for his other loss. Ward won a unanimous decision in Atlantic City,ghd, N.J., on Dec. 17, 2011. Froch said he wants to meet Ward (26-0) on his home territory. "I went over to America and now let's get him over to England," Froch said.

Caltrans seems to be in the middle of a huge bypass around Sonora that involves an overpass that must be at least 60 feet in height, and earth movement seems to rival the Hoover Dam. All this expense for a road that truly is a road to nowhere.
