Hannah Silvestro, 12, a sixth-grader at St. Margaret Mary Catholic School in Chino, will compete next week in the Scripps National Spelling Bee in Washington, D.C.Hannah lives in Chino with her parents, Mike and Imelda Silvestro,p90x dvd, siblings, Josh Silvestro,louboutin, 18,longchamps, Luke, 9, Nate, 7, and Keith,p90x workout schedule, 5 months. Josh will graduate from Damien High School in La Verne today (May 25).Hannah is very involved in athletics, including volleyball, track,Hogan, and swimming. She recently played for the 12 and under national volleyball team Club West. She is also a volunteer with the Let It Be Foundation,Hogan, which helps families of children with life-threatening illnesses.Hannah advanced to the national spelling bee as overall winner of the Inland Valley Regional Spelling Bee held in late March with the word Rabbinic, which is the language used by rabbis in post-Biblical times.

“The experience so far has been incredible. My favorite part has been all of the little kids. When I was younger, I looked up to the Miss Calaveras court in awe. They were role models, everything I wanted to be when I was older. It’s amazing now, knowing that these kids are feeling the same way about me that I used to feel about past Miss Calaveras winners. We had little girls coming to us asking if we were real princesses, taking pictures and looking up to us as role models. I am really looking forward to the rest of the year and the impact we have the power to make on the community.�?
